What we collect

Through the enquiry form: name, email, phone (optional), preferred dates, number of guests, children's ages (optional, only where relevant to the terms), whether you bring a pet, and your message.

We do not ask for identity documents and do not take payments through the website.

Why we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry and, if you wish, to arrange a stay. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

We do not use your data for advertising and do not sell it.

Who receives it

Your enquiry is sent as an email to the hosts through Resend (Resend, Inc., USA), acting as a processor. The website is served by Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.), which processes technical data (such as IP addresses) for security and abuse protection. Where data is transferred outside the EU, these providers apply the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a stay are deleted within 12 months of the last contact. If a stay takes place, data is kept as long as the law requires (for example for accounting and guest registration).

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection, and the right to data portability where applicable. Write to us at the email above.

You may lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (www.cpdp.bg).

Cookies

This website uses no advertising or analytics cookies and does not track your visit. That is why there is no consent banner.
